preachers be soft and compassionate all the time, when preaching the Gospel of Jesus, in church;
to avoid chasing away or losing members or should they be sharp if necessary, even
if it is hurtful to us?

16 All Scriptures is God breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work,
